This is a fantastic 3-day cleanse for anyone who’s active and needs a little more sustenance than juice alone. I really liked that it included protein and whole-foods to help keep energy levels steady. The juices, salad, kitchari and smoothie were all incredibly fresh and full of flavour- and made with beautiful organic ingredients.
