I have loved adding this to yoghurt and porridge in the morning. It’s a wonderful way to nourish and line the gut with gut-loving ingredients such as licorice root, marshmallow root and slippery elm. The taste is lovely and chocolatey thanks to the added flavours of cacao, monk fruit and carob. I will continue using this ongoing and I am keen to try Detox, too!
