Scentopia works with a small number of manufacturing partners and prioritises transparency, reputable suppliers and third-party social compliance where possible. The Sunburst essential oil blend is made and bottled in Victoria, Australia, using 100% plant-based essential oils. The walnut wood diffuser base is produced in Dongguan, China, using FSC-certified walnut wood. The acetate magnetic lid is made in Yiwu, China, by a supplier holding BSCI certification. No animal-derived ingredients are used and no animal testing is conducted.
Sustainable Practices
Scentopia offers a refillable, battery-free car diffuser designed to replace disposable, synthetic fragranced air fresheners, allowing ongoing use by refreshing scent with essential oils and replacing only the diffuser rod. The fragrance is made from 100% plant-based essential oils with all ingredients clearly listed. The wooden diffuser base uses FSC-certified walnut wood and all packaging is made from FSC paper, designed to be recyclable and plastic-free, including a folded paper insert developed to avoid plastic foam.
Social Impact
Scentopia has donated car diffusers to Lorne High School and Anglesea Primary School for fundraising purposes and has made donations to Surfaid, an organisation that assists families in remote surfing communities.
