Chiron Organic uses hand-harvested plant ingredients from their certified organic farm in Victoria and processes them slowly to ensure minimal processing. The brand's sustainability and ethical practices are closely aligned, with a focus on using local, cruelty-free and environmentally safe ingredients. Chiron harvests plants such as olive, cactus flower, lemon balm and St John's wort when in season and cold processes them into oils for their skincare products. They also handle waste products sustainably, returning them to the earth as organic fertilisers. The brand aims to change perspectives regarding plant usage and promote sustainable farming practices for a safe environment for future generations. Their farm is certified organic by NASAA. Additionally, they use the gel of the cactus flower to rebuild collagen and heal broken skin without scarring, which is normally discarded.
Chiron has created a cream to benefit various skin conditions, which is donated to individuals and clubs for fundraising. They also have a policy of employing long-term unemployed individuals from the community who face various issues such as disability and a lack of available work in the area.

The texture of the cream was a nice consistency, absorbed well into the skin and didn’t feel sticky after use. The font used on the packaging was clear and easy to read. I love that they use certified organic ingredients sourced from Australia. I’m impressed that they use hand-harvested plants sourced here in Australia with slow processing to ensure top quality ingredients are used. The application of the product is very smooth and easy – it’s a nice creamy consistency and rubs in well and quickly. The brand’s commitment to employing long term unemployed individuals is admirable.
