Cold Bath Co – Bath Salts

I love that this product creates the opportunity to undertake cold therapy at home as well as a gentle introduction to alternatives to extreme cold or hot baths. I am curious about anything that challenges mainstream or trending ideas in the natural health space. Ice baths have been all the rage for a while now – however intuitively I haven’t felt they have been right for me (at least not consistently). I’m also impressed by the flexible, space conscious yet sustainable packaging of the product.

I love that this product combines the ancient practices of salt bathing and cold water therapy, without the need to submerge yourself into ice filled water! The bath salts, containing only Natural Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt and Lemon Essential Oil are individually portioned for easy use in this self-care ritual your muscles will thank you for!

It is fantastic to see sustainability efforts across all aspects of this brand’s operations and that they source their mineral salts from suppliers who prioritise sustainability in their production practices. The brand goes one step further by also educating their customers on sustainable practices.
