They work closely with their colleagues in China to ensure quality manufacturing and the assurance of strict ethical manufacturing practices. Their manufacturer holds a commendable number of certifications that are internationally recognised for both quality, efficacy and sustainability.

Eco Pain uses recycled materials in their packaging, marketing collateral and runs a 100% paperless office. Some everyday examples of their commitments includes: Using eco-friendly cleaning products, solar energy, saving water, recycling, growing their own produce, using renewable alternatives and donating unused items.

Responsible

Eco Pain is a profit for purpose, small family business. They make regular contributions to a number of not-for-profit organisations that focus on local and national initiatives such as; Groundswell - Delivering grants to people and organisations tackling the climate crisis in Australia and the Pacific, Byron Bay FC - we support our local Soccer club through donations, time and sponsorships and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. They live and work in the NSW Northern Rivers area that has been devastated by the recent floods. Their family and staff all continue to donate their time and energy into helping people clean up and rebuild their homes in these areas.

The flower pressed card was a beautiful touch and I framed it. It doubled as an art piece which I adored. It felt like care – which is exactly what you need when using a heat patch! This was great timing as I was unwell and had pulled my neck; I whacked one of these patches on and let it do its magic – an hour or so later I realised that the pain had definitely lessened. It smelt lovely and it was nice not to have a petroleum based product. This family sounds like the epitome of a conscious Aussie family business.
