I get terrible hyperpigmentation on my face from sun exposure and have been on the hunt for a SPF product that doesn’t clog my pores and result in breakouts. This age-defence protective day cream contains functional botanicals such as green tea extract, has an SPF of 30 and is entirely reef safe for guilt free beach days. The product turns clear on the skin so can easily be used under makeup and doesn’t aggravate my skin like other protective products do.

I am also impressed that Evolu Skincare has been a certified carbon-neutral business since 2009 and is partnered with Trees That Count, which aims to protect New Zealand’s threatened biodiversity and contribute to the growth of native forests.

I really enjoy the SPF without the shiny residue, this product gives hydration that appears nice and dewy and fresh! Did they really plant 1000 trees? That is amazing – I absolutely LOVE that!!! Also Beegan friendly – the first time I have heard it called that. Very cool and nice to see!
