Ethical Practices

Kidhy ensures ethical, transparent and responsible product development, with hydra helpa manufactured in an ACO-certified, GMP-compliant facility on the Gold Coast, Queensland, meeting strict quality, safety and ethical production standards. The supply chain aligns with Australian labour laws and is committed to psychologically safe, inclusive and diverse workspaces. Formulations are developed with microbiome scientists and independently verified by a NATA-accredited laboratory, while an independent third-party regulatory consultant oversees compliance, labelling accuracy and adherence to Australian standards.

Sustainable Practices

Kidhy minimises packaging materials for shipping by using recyclable cardboard boxes made from recycled materials and biodegradable kraft paper tape and avoids unnecessary fillers. hydra helpa sachets are packed in an external recyclable pouch, while the sachets themselves use a multi-layer laminate to protect product stability, though they are not currently kerbside recyclable in Australia. The brand operates a predominantly paperless warehouse and office and is working with its packaging manufacturer to explore more sustainable material alternatives.

Social Impact

Kidhy has distributed over 2,000 complimentary sachets to local daycares and community playgrounds to support accessible hydration for families. The brand actively supports The Villagehood, a Sydney-based initiative for mothers, through product contributions at events and has provided products to a children’s dance community in Western Australia for fundraising. Kidhy has also approached Motherland Australia regarding involvement in their upcoming conference to support regional women and families.
