Ethical
Janelle's Soaps and Succulents products are handmade in Australia by the owner. All ingredients used are purchased from Australian businesses and the owner ensures that they are ethically sourced and procured using sustainable practices. Whenever possible, Australian made or grown products are purchased to support local industry. The products are not tested on animals.
Sustainable
The brand uses biodegradable cellophane bags and tape for soap packaging and has changed postal packaging to be mostly paper/cardboard for easier recycling. The brand is awaiting a replacement program for soft plastics, as the previous program has ceased and uses plastic satchels for cost-saving reasons.
Responsible
The founder buys products in Australia that have been sourced sustainably from other countries and supports local charities through donations and raffle prizes.
