I love this lightweight, all natural yoga mat. Even though it is light to carry (convenient) it still provide the perfect amount of comfort and cushion. I love the natural, minimalist look of the materials. Easy to keep clean! Perfect for if you’re transporting from home to studio and back again. This is a lovely looking natural cork mat, which being 3mm, is perfect to carry to classes and not too heavy. I’ve found the cork, when lightly sprayed with water at the beginning of practice, to give more than enough grip. It is a beautiful mat to use.
