Moxie is committed to collabourating with suppliers that share its values of quality, sustainability and ethical practices. Each chosen supply partner meets strict standards for environmental responsibility, social impact and product excellence, often working together for nearly 20 years. The brand ensures that all products align with its dedication to sustainability and social responsibility, allowing customers to feel confident in their purchases. The brand's supply partners hold various certifications, including ISO certifications, GOTS certification and The Vegan Society Accreditation, while the brand itself holds Vegan Australia Certification. Additionally, its tampons are produced in Spain.
Moxie champions progressive cycle care by offering period products that are Vegan Australia Certified and made from natural fibres such as organic cotton and recyclable paper. They avoid synthetic materials, chemical substances and plastic wrappers. Their tampons, pads and liners are wrapped in recyclable paper and the tampons are produced in a factory powered entirely by hydro energy. Additionally, all shipping from their e-store is carbon neutral and they upcycle product packaging by using shredded cardboard as filler for outgoing orders.
Moxie provides free period care to empower women and combat period poverty, starting with the 'Pads for Pads' initiative in Uganda in 2014, which funded the local production of reusable period kits and educated 15,000 school girls. Currently, they support initiatives in Australia through their charity partner, Share The Dignity and contribute donations to grassroots organisations and support services like The Royal Flying Doctors. The brand encourages online customers to contribute to period care efforts via a discounted product purchase that is sent directly to Share The Dignity, often matching or tripling donations. Millie More promotes free and open discussions about period education through their TikTok channel, reaching 1.2 million followers and emphasises the need for accessible intimate health information. The brand is 100% Australian owned, female founded and female led.

Product Reviews by Experts

I haven’t come across this brand before, but I really hope they end up being stocked in mainstream supermarkets one day! I love that they’re completely plastic free and the colourful branding is such a nice touch, it’s fun, eye-catching and really stands out. What really stands out about Moxie is how genuinely committed they are to doing things right, from working with suppliers who share their values to using natural, eco-friendly materials and keeping packaging recyclable. I love that they don’t just stop at products but also put a lot of effort into fighting period poverty both in Australia and overseas, like with their ‘Pads for Pads’ project in Uganda. Their work on free period education through TikTok is awesome too, helping people get the info they need and breaking down taboos. Plus, being a fully Australian-owned and female-led brand just makes it feel even more real and inspiring.

Probably the best organic tampons I’ve used to date. There’s literally no fluff and it actually does soak up period blood properly. I love that it’s not over-packaged. It’s just a box with the tampons inside. Easy to carry with me for singular use and effective.

I loved that they are fully organic. I was also impressed by their packaging and commitment to sustainability.
