In 2024, they launched the Bound by Love campaign during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, donating a percentage of Hydramama profits to Pink Elephants Support Network and Bears of Hope. This resulted in Bears of Hope purchasing 40 bears and providing counseling services for 40 families, as well as donating a cuddle cut to a hospital in Tasmania. Pink Elephants used the donation to facilitate a six-week trauma counseling program for 24 women.
