This is a really awesome and innovative product. It arrived in powder form in a completely biodegradable package and all I had to do was add water to develop a creamy cleanser. My face felt soft, very clean but not dry. Fantastic for use on sensitive skin and all over the body. A lot of thought has gone into their processes on how to decrease waste and preservatives. An excellent approach to a skin care alternative.
