Ahiflower is a plant-based, multi-omega supplement that contains all the omega metabolites found in flax, hemp, evening primrose and fish or algae oil. It is highly sustainable and each acre of Ahiflower provides the same amount of omega-3 oil as 500,000 anchovies.

Clean
Made from excellent ingredients.
Ethical
PhytoLove, an entirely vegan-founded brand, is offering a sustainable and better alternative to omega-3 supplements made from wild fish and fish oil, which are causing significant damage to the ocean's ecosystem. PhytoLove's Ahiflower provides more omega-3/-6 metabolites without disrupting the natural direction of omega metabolism and without potential environmental contaminants found in fish oil. The brand's manufacturing partner, Nature's Crops International, is the only B-Corp certified among omega-3 ingredient suppliers in the world. The supply chain has complete traceability from farm to the end product and the Ahiflower is grown in the UK through regenerative farming practices.
Sustainable
Ahiflower is a crop grown in the UK using Regenerative Agriculture techniques that improve soil health and fertility, promote biodiversity, and have positive carbon capture impacts, while providing complete traceability. One acre of Ahiflower produces as much omega-3 rich oil as 500,000 anchovies and the crop can produce more ALA+SDA+GLA per hectare than any other oilseed crop, with fewer fertilizer and chemical inputs. Using Ahiflower as a source of omega-3 oil is more sustainable than relying on oily fish, as one metric tonne of fish biomass only yields 10kg of EPA/DHA oil, whereas Ahiflower produces the same amount of naturally synthesized EPA/DHA from only 1/10th hectare of farmland. By replacing fish as a source of omega-3, Ahiflower can also reduce the plastic pollution caused by commercial fishing, which contributes 46% of the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. Each Months Supply bottle saves the equivalent of 300 anchovies.
Responsible
The commercial fishing industry is associated with various issues, including climate change, human rights abuses, food insecurity, and corruption. The industry contributes to the deaths of thousands of fisheries workers annually, with reports of missing fisheries observers. Foreign subsidized fishing in West Africa has been linked to the Ebola epidemic, while modern slavery is prevalent but underreported. The industry receives $35 billion in subsidies, which could have been spent on combating world hunger. PhytoLove aims to reduce the negative impacts of fishing by offering plant-based omega-3 supplements and plans to donate to charities aligned with their ethics once their start-up costs are covered. Additionally, they intend to launch a YouTube channel to raise awareness of crucial issues such as climate change, food sustainability and food security.

I love this product! A science backed, sustainable, complete multi omega supplement derived from Ahiflower seeds. This is a true example of how nature really does provide all the answers. The soft gel capsules are easy to take and are safely housed in a dark glass bottle. I can see myself taking this supplement for years to come!

I am also so impressed that Phytolove is harnessing the Ahiflower flower to create Omega supplements, as this crop is grown using regenerative agriculture techniques and does not rely on the fisheries industry – Genius!

I love an omega 3 and this uses all the big guns! It is a big win for PMS and also for brain health/inflammation. Regenerative agriculture is a plus and it is such an amazing alternative to pure fish oils and the potential contaminants in fish oil.
