Pod Organics - Nurturing Pod Body Oil
What our experts say...
Best body oil I have ever used! I don’t often use body oils as I fear they can be too greasy and might mark my clothes but this one takes the cake. The scent of this one is beautiful, and it absorbs into the skin and doesn’t feel greasy at all. I love love LOVE it! Packaging is minimal but also very beautiful, and I really enjoyed the little “POD DIFFERENCE” card that came in the box telling me a little about the business. I really love that they support PANDA, this is a charity I support too. This business really sits well with me, I love everything they are doing and will continue to support and show love to this brand.
The Pod Organics body oil is a light oil with a refreshing fragrance. The bottle is compact, meaning it is handy to take to a babymoon or in a labour bag / home birth kit. As someone who suffered with pretty severe postpartum anxiety, I really resonate with Pod Organic’s partnership with PANDA and regular donations. Any support through postpartum and motherhood in general is such a game changer for all women, but particularly those suffering. I think this is commendable and would make an incredible difference in some mothers’ lives.
The delicate citrus scent of this beautiful oil kept me coming back time and again. It is soothing and hydrating on stretching out skin and is readily absorbed so that there is no residue left behind at all (which is handy if you’re applying regularly and want to be able to dress straight after). I even used it in the bath for an all over easy moisturiser and it nourished skin beautifully. Local packaging and ingredient sourcing is always a major positive and the connection with PANDA is a great one, particularly given the product category. The brand’s notion of caring for the community as well as caring for the planet is admirable.

Feather light and silky, this beautiful oil absorbs deeply and provides true nourishment and protection. I love that it is so faintly scented and with mandarin, as when I was pregnant, I was so sick that any fragrances really triggered me. I really wish somebody had gifted me this beauty!
