Review

The Malone Brulee Blue Sustainable Sunglasses set the bar high for sustainable eyewear. I love that these sunnies don’t compromise on style – ensuring those that are fashion forward will be enticed to purchase more sustainable products.

It’s clear that Reecy has also considered the whole supply chain and the environmental and human elements of their production. I like that they’ve taken a holistic approach to this and look to give back to a cause that’s close to them.

Review

The shape of the sunglasses is really fun! I absolutely love the durable sustainable hard wooden sunglasses case – what a great idea! I am also impressed by the brand’s large donation of $5 per sale rather than the typical 1% or 1$ standard.

Review

These sunglasses are beautifully made and high quality in every aspect – from the strong but biodegradable acetate frame, Tritan lenses and quality hinges to the beautiful wooden case. I love that the frames have been tested for biodegradability – and in the right conditions will degrade in 115 days. The style looks great on both male and female faces and is surprisingly light to wear, given the solid acetate used. I also really appreciate that $5 from every sale goes towards removing and preventing marine debris!
