Embracing Bella ensures certified ethical manufacturing in both China and Bali, with factory inspections conducted in person at least three times a year. The brand exclusively uses breathable fabrics and strives to find alternatives that avoid plastics or minimise their blend when there are no substitutes available to achieve the necessary garment structure.
Embracing Bella focuses on small batch manufacturing to minimise clothing wastage and utilises quality fabrics designed for durability across multiple seasons. The brand creates classic shapes that adhere to best fit practices, employing three different grading rules to ensure optimal fit within their size range. Their swing tags are made from recycled materials with reusable attachments and products are packaged in reusable, biodegradable cornstarch packages. They donate cardboard box waste through the Marketplace, reduce reliance on plastic packaging and utilise solar energy in their warehouse. Additionally, they employ biodegradable mailers for shipping purposes.
The brand is inclusive in sizing to accommodate a wide range of customers and has supported various charities, particularly focusing on domestic violence educational initiatives through White Ribbon and the rehoming of abandoned dogs in Melbourne and Thailand, aiming to combat the meat trade. The primary goal of the brand is to help customers feel comfortable, confident and true to themselves in their clothing, with the belief that confidence can positively influence life outcomes.

Product Reviews by Experts

I rarely wear pants but this is the first pair of pants I’ve worn in years that instantly became a long-term staple in my wardrobe. I’ve always felt most pants don’t look great on me but this looks stunning on my body. And green corduroy pants are a very rare design which makes the pants even more valuable and a timeless piece. I appreciated that they have size inclusivity of up to size 30, do their best to use materials without plastic and visit their factories in Indonesia and China in-person 3 times a year. Also impressive is that they dispose of boxes via marketplace and use biodegradable mailers.

These flared corduroy jeans have quickly become one of my absolute favourites. I’ve also had so many compliments about them! They’re incredibly comfortable, flattering, and just so fun to wear- I honestly find myself reaching for them almost daily. I’ve dressed them up with boots and a blazer and thrown them on with sneakers for a casual day- they work for everything! I love that they have a bit of stretch, which makes the fit really forgiving. I normally wear a size 8 but feel fantastic in the 10- they’re just so easy to wear and feel great on. I also really appreciate that they come in such a wide range of sizes, which makes them accessible for more people. Knowing the factory is personally checked three times a year gives me confidence in the brand’s ethical values, and I love that they actively support charities too- it makes me feel even better about choosing to wear them!

Such a great fit! You can tell these jeans have been properly designed with bigger bodies in mind, and not just as an afterthought. I love the brand’s commitment to inclusivity, with sizes that go all the way to 30. I also like the many steps they are making to reduce their footprint, especially with the warehouse being run on solar.
