What our experts say...
I love how light this oil is to use. It also smells lovely, which really adds to the enjoyment of using it. My skin had more glow after using it either on its own or mixed with moisturiser. I also have quite sensitive skin and I felt like this oil didn’t cause me any problems and calmed my redness. The hero ingredient of this product is Bakuchiol which has been listed as an endangered plant by the International Union for Conservation of Nature.

This lovely blend of oils is so effective on skin. It is soothing, moisturising and radiance-boosting. I loved the glow it left behind after one application, and then over time too. I found the scent quite addictive – it kept me coming back time and again. On-site manufacture is impressive, and allows for such a greater degree of traceability, which you can see this brand takes seriously. I love the story they’re able to tell with their brand – being about to entertain and educate current and future consumers through their own farm is brilliant.

I love that this face oil is designed not only to gently target signs of aging, but also to help with problem skin. With sensitive, combination skin myself, I had been keen to explore the gentle anti-aging effects of Bakuchiol, which are meant to promote skin cell renewal and stimulate collagen without retinol’s harsh effects. I love that this oil, whilst richly nourishing, doesn’t cause congestion and I’m really enjoying a smoother, more glowing complexion.

This beautiful oil contains a blend of hemp, apple seed and rosehip oils, along with “natural retinol alternative” Bakuchiol. I tried a small amount every second and night and instantly noticed results – the oil is super hydrating without being heavy or clogging up pores, and my skin appears to be softer and plumper the next morning. Looking forward to trying it long term, especially as I suffer with hyperpigmentation. I love that herbs are grown and harvested by the brand themselves. Herb Farm’s sustainability efforts are excellent.
