Notable initiatives include donations of over 20,000 bottles of Vitamin D3 tablets to NHS staff, emergency services, care homes and care workers during the Covid-19 pandemic; financial and product support to homelessness charity Framework, Middlesbrough Foodbank and Mansfield Soup Kitchen; and a £5000 donation to Unicef. The Foundation’s activities have not been prioritised this year, with plans to address this at an upcoming staff meeting.

Product Reviews by Experts

My son and I shared this product. His dry skin conditions mean omega-3 work their magic but the capsule form does not cut it, he was able to easily drop this on his tongue himself. A mild orange taste makes this a dream, we will buy again! With the added benefit of more than just omega (also Vit D) this has me coming back for more for its multi-action benefits. A lot of care and attention has gone into this brand’s sustainability efforts, including a focus on bringing down the carbon footprint and providing a supportive environment for the people behind the brand. Also love the transparency with the social responsibility efforts – progress over perfection.

No fishiness, and no oily residue. The taste is genuinely good and this is a refreshing experience when traditional supplements of omega 3s are often not experienced this pleasantly. Just 1ml per day delivering clinically meaningful EPA and DHA is a genuine innovation — the microalgae sourcing means no fishy aftertaste, no heavy metal risk, and a completely plant-based profile suitable for the whole family. Customers consistently note how easy and pleasant it is to take. Sourcing omega-3 from microalgae rather than wild-caught fish eliminates ocean extraction and heavy metal risk entirely – an inherent sustainability advantage that makes the whole product lower impact by design. The candid acknowledgement that their community foundation has been deprioritised this year, with a specific plan to address it, is refreshingly honest and builds brand trust.

Such an easy to use product that tastes really nice. Sometimes I find it hard to remember to take tablets, so this is a perfect option to leave on my desk to remember to take every day. Great alternative to fish oil and I love how they put it – they take out the middle fish and go straight to the source – the microalgae. Love that they have a low carbon footprint, that the packaging is eco friendly and they support charities. Reading their ethics, the product is very well tested and is sustainable as microalgae is a great alternative for those who may not want general fish oil.
