This product is clearly nurturing and was very gentle on any place where I applied it. I loved it for its subtlety and multi-use. Simplicity for beauty regimes is important for me and it was clear that this product could be used anywhere and everywhere and with good results. I’m impressed by the brand’s support of Australian regional farming communities and their focus on soil health, biodiversity and land regeneration. The product’s Tallow is sourced directly and locally with no tox included and you get the sense that everything is carefully considered from selection to creation and customer care. I was also impressed by the dedication towards keeping it simple – we’re living in a time of overconsumption so humanity needs to be gearing towards less is more.
The tallow and sea buckthorn combo just works beautifully on skin! It sinks in rather than sitting on top, which you don’t always get with a balm this rich. I’ve used it on dry hands, rough heels, and cracked cuticles and it doesn’t have the heavy tallow cream smell! Looks like there’s no greenwashing here, just a small brand doing things the right way. They have small batches, glass packaging, local supply chain, and a real focus on soil and animal stewardship. Wonderful!
I liked how soft and moisturised it left my skin and that it only uses natural ingredients, while still being effective. I like how it uses regenerative ingredients from local sources.
