Once you try more natural activewear, without any polyester or nylon, you won’t go back! The Breeze Bralet is easily my new favourite item of activewear. It’s so comfortable, breathable, and it’s wonderful that the fabric composition is healthier for me and the planet. I love the thick straps and band, and compared to other more sustainable activewear I’ve tried, the bralet feels 10x more supportive. I didn’t expect the fabric to be so thick and durable, and I’m so glad it is. Even better, the brand is owned by a fellow Western Australian woman, and a really inspiring human being at that. The care that’s taken in WildBody’s communication about their products, and their transparency, is next level. At the top of my list, I love that their range is solving a real issue when it comes to the waste, environmental, and health impacts of traditional plastic-based activewear, and that using GOTS certified organic cotton has been prioritised, while also educating about the materials used in activewear (in their own, and across the industry in general). Of course, it’s great to see that worker safety has been considered too (so often this is left out of the picture) – I love that they work only with suppliers who can demonstrate transparency and compliance with internationally recognised ethical standards. Beyond this, the size inclusivity (sizes 4 to 22) is wonderful to see, as well as the diversity of our bodies reflected in their marketing. It’s also really moving that the founder’s story comes full circle with the way WildBody gives back, donating $2 from every order to Love Your Sister, an Australian charity funding world-class cancer research. I’m so glad I’ve discovered this brand this year – it’s one that’s full of integrity throughout all aspects of the business, and I hope to continue to support them.
A bra you’ll actually enjoy wearing. WildBody’s Breeze bralet is supportive without being restrictive. I found its organic cotton base (with elastane) to be the perfect accompaniment for lighter exercise, like yoga, Pilates and walking. It sits smoothly under clothing, and its thicker straps don’t dig in. I’m very impressed by WildBody’s exceptional growth in a short period of time. WildBody has a strong, clear brand mission – size-inclusive, cotton-based activewear, which comes through on their socials and website. Props to launching a full size range of 4-22. I appreciate its GOTS and OEKO-TEX certifications, and its charity donation initiative and seed paper cards.
I really enjoy wearing this bralet. The fabric feels thick, soft and really high quality, with enough support to feel secure while still being incredibly comfortable. It sits beautifully, doesn’t dig in, and is one of those pieces I forget I’m even wearing. I also love that it’s made from GOTS-certified organic cotton and reflects WildBody’s genuine commitment to ethical and sustainable production.
